You can schedule appointments online for all of our locations. If you’re not able to find times that fit your needs, please email us at admin@bittermelonacupuncture.com or call 510-788-0019, extension 8. New Kaiser patients, please contact us first before scheduling.

For new patients, when you receive an email confirmation of your appointment, please create an account, where you can edit your information, review and sign clinic forms, and fill out the new patient intake form. It is critical that you complete this step in order to receive the best care possible. Thank you.

Bitter Melon Acupuncture is an out-of-network, contracted provider with Kaiser Permanente of Northern California serving our patients in our Bay Area locations (Oakland, El Cerrito, and Pinole). We are also contracted with Cigna in our Oakland and Pinole locations. We are considered out-of-network with all other commercial health insurance plans.

Kaiser patients require a direct referral from their primary care physicians (we are not in-network with American Speciality Health and cannot work with Kaiser patients via ASH)
